frank has had 6 years to get qtv off the ground. since then here tv! launched and is available in 30 million homes on direct tv and disk network. and when viacom launches logo, logo will be available in 30 million homes also. when frank first started qtv, he was the only one, now there are two other networks. hes leaving the door wide open for others, while he still is going no where. still qtv is only in 3 cities. everyone else is progessing so much while qtv is still stuck in just 3 cities.
