So what is the point of the post, I don't see any relevance to the present state of TRDY whatsoever. The clean shell is a very valuable entity, someone with a ton of business acumen has taken it over in order to push into next year with a potential monster new company and Burnam still wants a piece of the pie going forward which hints there is something substantial coming. He gets his old business, the debts and an opportunity to clean house on an investment he could do nothing with in his present situation. I just asked my magic 8 ball if this seems to be a good business decision on his part and it came up "decidedly so!"

Spin it anyway you want, as you have noticed I have a slighty different approach, but most of the investors here are very intelligent and aren't on this train for a quick pinky payday and not as easily swayed as most boards. This is coin flip from this point forward...pssst, both sides are heads at this price. Strictly my opinion though, obviously.
