the 2 biggest red flags----1) gagging the TA,more importantly his explanation as to why he did it---pure nonsense 2) comments as to "new pps"---that he could " assign a price of .02-.05" does he really think up-listing (un-likely) really would validate a 100 fold increase (complete fantasy)----clearly a foreshadow of the mandated RS ---which could see a 100 fold RE-STRUCTURED pps,followed by a 75-90% drop.
