SAEI CHART DATA shows a pps of over 1.00 in july and then collapses to ?? sub-pennies and with little accumulation begins its nascent in sept.oct.. please fill me in on your theories of WHY the pps tanked completly...

It did a forward split. According to Pinksheets, the company paid a dividend this summer, with an ex date of 1 July and a pay date of 30 June.
