I would like to see the evidence to substantiate your claim of fraud, that is a very dangerous allegation and if you are making this claim the burden of proof is on you. Ball is in your court...and please don't tell me dilution or not getting sometime accomplished in a certain amount of time is proof of fraud. Give us something real and this goes for everyone else who is crying fraud prove it or shut up. If you say it and cannot prove it then you can be complained about to the SEC
