Anyone care to further speculate on why the ICAN PR is the same as QBIDS?

I have seen two suggestions so far:
1. SEC sting OP to uncover illegal shorts.
2. Same investment group purchasing both companies.

Either way...No way that EH would put out this PR just to get a nice little run like QBID. Something is up and I think that it is for the benefit of ICAN and its shareholders.
