I see that you are hunting for towers again. I made several posts in October on exactly how to search the towers. :D

http://www.google.com , enter L01148354 and search.
This is one of Ray Powers license #'s for the towers he owns.

You can also go to http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/AsrSearch/asrRegistrationSearch.jsp
and search Owner FRN 0015013493 . This was a quick search for Ray T Powers and that is one of the FRN #'s I found for him.

http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/AsrSearch/asrRegistrationSearch.jsp , select "By Owner FRN" and enter 0015598162 . Big Telava Wireless listing of towers associated to Ray T Powers. Looks like Mr. Powers is going to be, or already is, a huge asset to MediaG3 MDGC.

Great keywords to locate the towers are:
Ray T Powers
rtpowers@cox.net

Or you could always email him and request a complete listing of the towers he owns. The information is public record, just time consuming to locate all of them.

To add to the already acquired 30 microwave towers, MediaG3 MDGC also has access to additional towers owned by Unilava.

To head off your anticipated reply:
FCC Regulations for Towers
http://www.ehow.com/about_5419270_fcc-regulations-towers.html

Federal Registration
Not all antenna towers need to be registered with the FCC. Some structures that do not meet a specific height for the location will not need to be registered. The general rule for registering a tower with the FCC is when the tower is more than 200 feet tall or if the tower is located next to an airport.

Registration provides the FCC with information needed for performing routine maintenance on these towers.

MediaG3 MDGC is not currently selling services so they do not have to be registered with the FCC on any level.

To add to my previous post, it appears there has been a lot of focus on the towers. But, thanks to a wonderful post from Negativegeforce http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=57454021 , we are provided with a better understanding as to what MediaG3 MDGC is working on with their MeshGlobal network.

Negativegeforce posted:

Actually, you don't need alot of towers. You can use buildings if you want. Its very cheap and fast to deploy. Some homework...

Quote:
"The LMDS spectrum (28-31GHz in the US) was widely discredited as an asset after the broadband wireless crash at the turn of the century, but in recent years there has been a significant revival of interest in this band - no longer for wireless consumer access, where it failed at the turn of the century, but for backhaul and point-to-point links."

"This was not just a factor of the economy but because they were using the wrong technology at the wrong time."

Quote:
"LMDS is a wireless communications tool with an enormous bandwidth. In addition, it can be rapidly deployed to provide service in most cases in less than a few weeks. These key features will allow LMDS to become even more popular and more widely used as time goes on."
