AS is CONFIRMED 200M (verify with Delaware SOS if you'd like)

Brennan and Berry control 88% of shares

even in the worst case scenario if the AS was maxed at 200M, B & B would own 88% of that, leaving the float at absolute maximum of 24 million.

I'd be willing to bet it's a lot less than that.
