The gremlins purposely set out to destroy investor confidence in DGRI to buy shares as cheaply as possible. It was intentional trickery and deception. Unfortunately, DGRI management at the same time was having debt conversions to fix its balance sheet. This combination gave the shareholders a double whammy. So, when the stock should have normally continued to rise, it dropped because the momentum couldn't be maintained without additional buyers.
