"Who cares who they are?".... well, lets look at this another way, fink. Those that are involved (behind the scenes) w/ BEHL, have large ties to KEPI (and envirotek), STIT is about to hit the fan, and fly all over the place. In reference to KEPI, and the ties that branch off of BEHL will be linked to all of the "who they are", behind the scenes, and the shuffling of the paper work.
All I can say is, DON'T get caught in here when the music stops, wait.... I don't even hear any music in here - UH OH!
