As I have said before, Malone wants a Shell corp. w/NOLS and a 'BIRD' and nothing else, and I believed it needed to be completed by the end of 2010. Perhaps it does not need to be done by the end of 2010, but that has always been my thought. 4 days...
As you discovered for us MGTY (thank you)... I doubt Mr. Schmitz would be added to the payroll, if this was a lost cause... // though we are just commoners here...
