I know this has been posted before. But thought I'd post again.

Star8 Corporation Information UpdateToronto, Canada– December 1, 2010

Star8 Corporation (IMNS:OTCMarkets) is pleased to provide current and future shareholders with an update on the company and its short-term plans and long term goals.

Star8 plans to become a global provider of low cost full-featured mobile email phones. The Company’s focus is to provide a low cost alternative to the more expensive smart phones available in the market today and is strictly focused on emerging markets where the mobile operator subscriber base is predominantly prepaid. These markets do not provide their subscribers with a subsidy on phone purchases, which leaves a very small percentage of the subscriber base with the ability to afford the more costly smart phones.

Star8 currently has 80,129,611 shares outstanding after completing the acquisition of the Canadian private company operating as Star8 earlier this year.

“We are please to have reached this stage in the development of Star8”, said William Car, President of Star8. “We are now focused on launching our products to the market in the first quarter of 2011.”

Over the coming weeks, Star8 plans to solidify relationships with its manufacturing and distribution partners and will announce those relationships when they have been finalized.

Star8 initially plans to launch its products directly to mobile operators and distributors in the African and South East Asian regions in the first quarter of 2011.
