Private placement which raised 1 million dollars is going to be used to begin drilling at the 21 Silver/Gold Mines Project in Nevada beginning in March. Shallow drilling around 200-300 m. which will turn numerous assays quickly.
The JV with Goldcorp (Red Lake) could take place as early as Jan. 2011.

Cypress at .06 will not last long!!
