Yes, the return of the tax credit should send xpgh's future fuel sales soaring, and the infusion of cash from the retroactive credit should allow them to begin developing their other product lines, maybe even bringing them to market. Of course, it realy depends on if they even sold any fuel in 2010, and/or if they have adequate capital to max out production again. It's hard to tell since the financial updates ceased.

If I remember correctly, the audited financials didn't show this company owning many assets. Does anyone know how they are producing this fuel (biodeisel from the best I can tell)? Do they own a facility or is it done on contract by another company?

In any case, they certainly have the opportunity to increase their sales very aggressivly. If the production capacity is there and if the operaing capital is there, this stock will soar.

Does anyone care to predict what XPGH will do in 2011?
