I have lost alot here but sold recently to get out with $100 remaining. So I'm afraid I have already lost here. I will do my best to get some kind of complaint to the SEC for everyone elses sake but I'm sure I won't recieve anything from it, no longer being a shareholder. I can show my trading over the last couple of years with BEHL but is it true that to get any refund you would still have to be a shareholder. I've never been in this scituation. Hopefully never again.
