The company was fined $380K for selling unregistered shares. The judgement was finalized a week or so ago. Haven't had any meaningful news from the company in quite some time but I would expect some kind of announcement shortly now that the SEC investigation has been completed. What kind of financial shape is the company in? It's anybody's guess. The current market cap is only around $2 million(5 billion shares x $.0004).I would expect the PPS to increase if the company can avoid bankruptcy and maintain a viable business. It's hard to believe that Jared was offered $.15 per share in a buyout and turned it down. My 2 cents worth. Good luck.
