Incorrect and more false information. Read the PR, it was delisted because the CMAC acquisition wasn't going to close fast enough and NASDAQ wasn't willing to let a shell sit on it's market that long. It had ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with the fact that Toms was involved. To think otherwise is just, well... I can't even go there.
