I appreciate your response. I have learned a lot in 2010. Here's my thoughts on UBCI-SANT:

UBCI folks were a joke. They were there to take advantage of naive investors and never had a true business product to sell. I bought low and took a little bit of a loss. Oh well, that's life.

IMO, Santeon picked the wrong shell company in UBCI to go public with. Too much lying, pump, BS PR's, etc etc. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is (and it was). They are laughing to the bank and now SANT is playing damage control.

Now to SANT...I have done extensive research on them and interviewed friends and CEO's of companies that offer the same kind of product. I feel they have a good product to offer. The criticism of Ash Rofail does not bother me. I feel he is qualified. He's done more this year than Jason, David and the rest of those guys ever did.

Reverse split: I agree, r/s are usually not good. IMO the outstanding share price is not attractive to potential investors. The stock needs "actual investors" not day traders to stabilize it.

Actual stock: The outstanding shares are big time diluted. The excessive selling by insiders has made it very unstable. Ash seems like he's laid the law down but we will see.

Recent exchanges on the stock board: Debate is healthy. It appears to me the "quick buck" people are just upset they haven't made it yet. I use common sense. Don't spend your "milk and bread" money on stocks. Expect to lose it therefore it takes the emotional aspect out of it. The stock board also has people saying bad things about SANT to scare naive investors into selling (so they can pick it up). I'm in it for the long haul. I never did well in Vegas so I figure worst case I have some fun on the stock market.

Dec 29th shareholder meeting: Due to my background, I have a good feel for people. I will be listening and asking questions.

Rome wasn't built in a day and only time will tell.

Happy Holidays!
