You are correct in thinking they do not need an actual office....Traveller's spare bedroom is all that is needed.However it helps with 'appearances' to present themselves as having an executive office....that is exactly why they use the address of 4115 Blackhawk Plaza Circle suite #100 in there filings and they describe this as the company's MAIN Executive office. Remember..Image is everything.
