This company, in it's present form has been around approx 1-1/2 years ---- hardly a start-up. They have held 4 'events', all of which were UN-profitable.

Now, the OS is 222,450,581 shares as there have been 168,250,581 shares ADDED to the OS in the last 2 months.

Looks like significant dilution to me......

And by the way..... wonder who holds the 50,000,000 Preferred Shares (which is the real control here)?????

Whoever owns the Preferred's has total voting control and can raise the OS any time they so choose.
