Ray Powers is the Director and President of Operations of Tower Networks, a subsidiary of MediaG3. He is still the Director of Xcellink International Corp. Looks like there is some connection between XCEL and MDGC. XCEL is trading at $0.01, better than MDGC.

Further, Unilava is even though a part of MediaG3, it is still being traded on stock market (UNLA $0.04 much higher than MDGC).

I guess, Val has already outlined his vision and once he present the bolts and nuts of his operations plan by rolling out several programs, the subsidiaries XCEL and UNLA has to cease their trading and all of them will come under one big umbrella of MDGC. Then we should easily be trading at 10 - 50 cents just in 2-3 days. This is just my thought.
