Rain....200/1 reverse split

I believe that the "magic number" is 20,001. With a 200 - 1 reverse split every 20,000 shares pre split will convrt to 100 shares post split. Purchasing 201 shares now will only give the buyer 100 shares post split.

If one purchases 20,001 presplit, post split will convert to 200 shares (20,000 pre split divided by 200 = 100 shares and 100 shares for the 1 share odd lot).

GREAT DD - Many thanks to you, Rain for finding this one. Remember, the new CEO has 52% of this and he is not about to do something stupid that will hurt his investment. Lots of folks are going to be adding 20,001 shares at 10 - 15 cents as the second 100 is a gift, but they need to purchase 20,000 to get the first 100...GLTY...Merry Christmas....Jim
