I believe complaining about management is completely rational. Pretending they are great or pretending they can get us where we want to go is what I consider irrational. We are holding on to ERHE because of the assets they own. By owning HDY I and many other people found out that even the best oil and gas assets can not be exploited by an inferior management team. Out with the old management and in with the new is what turned the tide there and it could here too.

I fear that certain shareholders will figure this out too late and not even try to have them replaced. It is the rational thing for every shareholder to demand top notch management. It comes at a very low cost when you use stock options to entice someone competent. Time for doing so is running out faster than you may think.
