Here's the relationship among the companies:
Dutch Gold (DGRI) owns 9.5 million shares of its publicly traded subsidiary, Aultra.
However, Shamika Resources owns the controlling 51% interest in Aultra. Shamika is spinning off its properties. Basically, Shamika Resources is like the holding company of Aultra.
Aultra has gold and other metals claims in the DRC and gold and ruby claims in Cambodia. It operates internationally through Shamika2Resources.
DGRI has claims and NI proven and probable gold resources of 7.5 million oz. and silver resources at Jungo and Basin Gulch in the USA.
DGRI kept the Gold Bug mine in Oregon and closed the Benton mine which was non-productive, ie., not making money.
DGRI owns the mill and equipment at the Benton Mine. However, there are IRS and Oregon liens on the properties going back to Dutch Gold when it was an LLC and not publicly traded.
Both Shamika Resources and Dutch Gold share the same Canadian law firm. This is not coincidental.
We really don't know all that is owned by Shamika Resources.
All three companies have separate boards of directors, ie., the companies don't appear to be interlocking. However, they seem to get along well.
