I have a drain under the street that dumps on my side....had a nice little ditch that channeled it to the corner of the property. Came down so hard that it jumped the ditch and cut the corner and washed away 1/4 of my parking lot down to the lower part of my property. Suppose to get more tonight and tomorrow
