Fortunately Hollis realized that he needed to add to the resource base which lead to subsequent acquisition of Basin Gulch and Jungo.

Sorry to be overloading you with questions and to be overloading this forum with information. But directly related to your comment above - I found this in an old filing for Aultra Gold Inc (AGDI) filing:

http://img01.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=4995014

Our current operating funds are less than necessary to complete all intended plan of mining operations for the Basin Gulch Property, currently estimated a projected cost to initial production, totaling $6,850,000. The entire estimated costs of the Company’s plan for mining operations, assuming the diatreme targets for the Basin Gulch property are $21,850,000. These projected costs are more fully discussed in the section entitled Projected Costs for Plan of Mining Operations (below). The Company has sufficient funds on hand for the unpaid amounts of our estimated costs related to maintaining the minimum annual payment obligations associated with the maintenance of the Basin Gulch Property as discussed in this Current Report and our estimated administrative costs for 12 months from the date of this Current Report. Therefore, we will need to obtain additional financing in order to complete our business plan. As of January 23rd, 2007, the Company had cash in the amount of $300,000. The Company has no income from operations.

I've said it before. Getting mines to the point of production is extremely expensive. Now there is something right there in black and white to support my statement. Dutch Gold Resources Inc doesn't even seem to have the cash to pay it's officers or to pay the interest on the debt Notes. It has been paying all of that by issuing shares. Where are they going to come up the $6,850,000 or $21,850,000 to get the Basin Gulch mine producing? That was back in 2007 the cost is probably even higher now. I think you sort of answered that before saying that is why it's trading in the range that it is. Probably their only hope at this stage is a JV agreement.
