The selection you mention is indeed LIMITED....your business is either registered by YOU as EXEMPT or NON-EXEMPT...it's actually very, very simple.

Any entity falling outside the EXEMPT entity choice list is NOT EXEMPT. Get it?

Actionview International, by it's very own filing, has defined itself as a "HOME-BASED Business whose net earnings are not more than 66 2/3 percent of the average annual wage.(roughly 25k)."
