They are not "new" stores; they already exists - they are called 'existing' stores if they still exists under that banner.

When a retailer because a part of the retailer network, one generally looks to see where their store count is today via the retailers website or 'most recent' public filing or press release.

Then the tracking of 'new' or 'closed' retail locations can begin from that baseline number.

One doesn't typically take a present number like say 560 locations and then go dig up a 2006 news article and notice 17 'new' stores and say or imply what...that there are 577 stores now?

people still consider winning brands a "new" company...winning colours a "new" product...after almost 6 years...i used that as my baseline when choosing the word "new", relating to stores that may have opened 4 years ago..



your baseline 'frequency' looks like spamming and misdirection because your 'baseline' appears way off from the norm.
