It is absolutely misleading imo.....

My data was dated Dec 22, 2010 and future looking...

Your data was dated 2008, 2006, etc. and doesn't even relate to 2010 or beyond because it is already in the 'operations' and existing potential of the present.

Why you choose to not 'reference' the timeliness of the data is in itself obvious. Most articles are copied (exactly) from a source without reference to the original date written, source, writer, etc.
