The OSC has ruled that SLJB was a SCAM. Petar essentially admitted to it by pleading NO CONTEST. SLJB is TOAST.

The only thing outstanding are the fines and penalties against Petar.
SLJB will forever be Cease Traded in Ontario and Canada.
