These guys were at about 80 cents, and did a 65 cent placement not long ago. They started restructuring and fell to a penny on not a lot of volume and now someone is buying and the stock is up but oddly enough not much is for sale. I found this news item explaining they are working on a deal. It could be nothing and this thing could just delist next week.
