The whole US government needs to be overhauled from Federal to State levels....

Here in NC, Governor had new law passed because this 100 year old Democratic run state is so in debt, cutting hundreds & hundreds of teachers and closing schools, and now instituted new law that you cannot have a trim around your license plate if it in any way covers any letters of the State of NC!!! This is creating a new fine & revenue stream for the State, and anyone from out-of-state, beware, if you drive through North Carolina and your trim around license plate covers any part of the letters and/or the reg date or stamp, you WILL be pulled over and given a fine.

Car dealers are upset now because they can no longer use ad trims around license plates as they always have.

Heck, last year, our State tax was increased 1% across the board as another emasure to make up losses for the State's budget deficit. Liquor, cigs, food you name it all have higher taxes applied and it is stressing people out besides the higher gas prices this time of year. Don't get me going on NC's state applied tax to each gallon of gas you purchase either.....
