So $7,362,369 in professional Fees were dulled out in 2009 in the form of 49,433,666 common shares yet no where on the 10K do they list what professional services they received for those common shares or anything at all that the company got back for those shares. Kind of odd. You'd think if they got something worthwhile in return then they'd have listed it.

Wonder how many more of those 49,433,666 went towards promotions
