I do not recall this exactly but as much as I remember 2 weeks before and after the financial. And I am not sure if this is applicable to pink sheet or only big board; I assume it is applicable to all.

I really hope to hear something in the very near future. If they really get the financial out in Jan. I can tell you that they really know what they are doing, as they do not want to get a market cap to fly high before 12/31, so they do not fall under the SOX compliance rules and they will save plenty of audit fees. And this means that the Company really worth more than what we all think.
