PRTDF up almost 25% today on excellant volume, 400K shares ( when the volume is usually 100K shares ).

Two factors : price of oil rising, along with the demand for same, now $91.50 a barrel.

Second factor - British investors are saying Petro Matad just joint ventured with the Parkmead group to develop blocks IV and V.

Should get pretty interesting.
