"No one has proven to me that they can match an SEC financial report to SAIC or SAC."

I can match plenty of SAIC filings for you. Take a look at SPRD or SOLF. The latter matches to a T, the former almost exactly.

Bottom line: Kabani is a not a reputable auditor, they signed off on what turned out to be an obvious fraud, and yet your boys at LLEN haven't switched yet. Why not? Tell me why not.

Of course they deserve a beating from the market.

Also, it's not realistic to compare the Lehman fraud to Bodisen. The Lehman fraud was a repo 105

a sophisticated technique that an auditor could easily miss, especially when you have a massive financial company with all sorts of off balance sheet exposures.

Bodisen Biotech was not nearly that sophisticated. Kabani signed off on them, and so Kabani lost its credibility. That's how this works, and how it has to work in order for their to be accountability.

If LLEN wants to be treated differently than a company on the pinks that has no auditor, they need to upgrade. Simple as that.
