Q Television said..."Q Television Network, (Pink Sheets: QBID) announced today that it has made an offer to purchase Pride Vision TV."

Pride Vision said..."Canada's PrideVision denies that it has received a formal offer from fledgling Q Television of Palm Springs."

I believe Q Television...you believe who you want...the facts seem to indicate that they received an offer from Q Television. Afterall Q didn't call them to find out if it was snowing in Canada.

"A representative of Q Television telephoned PrideVision without invitation last week simply to explore possibilities," Craig's statement said.
