To get some idea of how much this company has diluted, check out the 5-year chart on pinksheets.com: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ZIPZ/chart

If a person had invested 20-Trillion-Dollars back in early 2007, their investment would be worth less than half a penny today.

And that was during the period when the company was actually trying to make it. They didn't appear to start this aggressive conversion from preferred into commons until this last month or so.
