The new website will contain information on the Ontario gold merger candidate. The management is pleased
that all logistics of this deal have been worked out and a merger announcement with all details will be released
shortly via Premium, 1st tier news release once transaction is ready to be announced. The time line could be as
early as end of December but no later than mid January.
