$7,734,042 Professional Fees
This {below, Income Statement} is from the 10-K filed for 2009. Now tell me...wtf is that? Almost 8 million dollars for whom? And for what? It sure didn't help sales as sales dropped from $628,669 to $0 for the year. $0 in sales and almost 8 MILLION DOLLARS...in professional fees? Well, hello. They could have wiped out ALL of their debt AND increased current assets by ~2.2 million dollars. You know how many picks and shovels 7.7 million dollars buys? What in God's name are they doing?! This is total...BS! Simon Big & DRCAL...you guys have been here for years. Did you call them out on the carpet for this? Who got the nearly 8 million? Why? Looked through that disasterous year end report and they barely mention it...let alone who got it and what it was used for. I'm.....flabbergasted. Well? Someone? What did they say?
Look at their total liabilities {below, balance sheet, ~$5.5M}. Could've completely wiped them out with that $7,734,042 and added ~$2M+ to their current assets. This is...simply...scandalous! ~50M shares {almost half the OS, then} for professional fees! And no explanation who "they" were or what "they" accomplished! This is looking really scammy, to me, now...thought it was bad before when Rauno was mining kitty litter instead of Basin Gulch rainbow pots of gold...wow. I think I'm...speechless, and with one-post-a-day...I guess that's a good thing, lol...pathetic. Someone said earlier, something about "good management"...2 guys sitting around an office, maybe, twiddling God knows what...lmaoooo...they'd be booted out on the street, if not worse {think prison}, if they were...a..."real company" with "real shareholders", in my humble opinion.
