I don't consider it water under the bridge. The lack of those many millions that were seemingly swung from e.Digital insured the failure of the retail business plan, IMO. In fact it cuts right to the heart of the disillusionment of many who have poured money into this company's stock based on promises from the same management that has been in place for the last seven or so years.
