Dennis Ray Fisher died in Adrian Michigan several years ago as an infant. Mark Haynes then stole Dennis Ray Fisher's identity to hide from a lifetime prison sentence he was facing for a major felony.

The founder of BEHL admits to this along with admitting to being wanted by the IRS for unpaid taxes and bounced checks and by the Labor Board for not paying his employees for weeks.

BEHL is over $500,000 in debt and facing heavy fines, and penalties.

He stopped short though of admitting to forging documents and to knowing anything about embezzled money.
