As much as I play the devils advocate, I would have to agree that it would be nice to have some word -- if nothing more than a motion for additional time with the specific reason for the extension (my guess being the delay in the final outcome of the state court case until February). However, I have to temper this by trying to weigh the advantages and disadvantages of keeping quite (like a lower share price to keep Diac from dumping his shares and using the funds to get a better attorney) and the risk of being sued for making false promises should the settlement not happen.

For now, I am like you; I will trust the BOD. But even though I think we finally have the right team in place and the realization that I do not have all the information as to why they are holding back from making a public announcement, even I am starting to get a little frustrated.
