I am not bashing here. I am doing my DD on this stock, and I can tell you that, at this point, there is no evidence that they have enough assets to run one dredge, much less 12. They have not accounted for the rainy season in Africa when most rivers flood and alluvial mining stops. They have no significant amount of cash. They will need 12 experienced operators (who need to get paid)who understand how to dredge in swift flowing rivers. There is no infrastructure in SL and no accomodations for expats. All have to be built and paid for. They will need laborers.....where do they get them and how do they get paid? I can only say....caveat emptor with this one. This is a very, very risky start up. And, BTW, I will come on this board any time I think I have something of value to say.
