Third Quater - 10Q Notes: November 19, 2010: 21,216,115 of common stock.
A fully diluted common share review indicates in one year CHWM shares have been diluted by almost 100%.

I am excited, however, because I believe this shareholder dilution will produce an incredible value in the New Year. After listening to Eric Hager's interview, I am thinking I should get more shares, but I will have to get more shares, just to keep up with the dilution over the past year, not to mention all the progress over the past year! What a year for Wi-MAX!
Anyway, I am impressed that we do NOT have class of SUPER shareholders in the Preferred and these guys keep it all out front with the Common. They are surely a group of Honorable Guys, and so talented and working so hard. I am so excited to be a part of this Company, aren't you? They are putting SO MUCH into this Company, you can really tell how much THEY BELIEVE IN IT!
I am giving ALL my Friends and Family Shares in CHWM for Christmas! They do not know this yet but I am sure this will be a huge hit. We have a new tradition in Texas as well, we put a lottery ticket in everyone's stocking. My Friends and Family will find a Texas Lotto ticket AND shares of CHWM. That's what being Santa Clause is ALL ABOUT!
They might even offer you a special Friends and Family Deal - I am looking for one of those, I hope they call me real soon, because I surely want my friends and family to believe in this Company as much as the Management does - you know, make them rich, too, and all that.
Wi-MAX is our future. Hoping all those computer people will include that Wi-MAX chip, real soon.
Any word on that?
