Now this is just my dumb a$$ opinion, but the way I see it, the only way this POS is gonna get off the no bid is via a R/S.
It would be nice to see 1, just ONE fuel cell get out the door.
ARSC has done everything they said they would do, except get one out the door.....
How very sad.
