The TA says no, and I think they are restricted for awhile longer so they are not hitting the market now. I do think this gives the holders a motive to short or have someone else short it though, since they get more shares if the stock is at a depressed price point. The number of convertibles is not that great, however.. I doubt it would be worth it to them to short this indefinitely if real buying pressure came.
