Congrats on becoming the moderator Bob, Just noticed.

Hopefully Gary doesn't mind. I talked to him recently via email. He's a little preoccupied doing real estate deals --- some of you have been concerned about him. To the best of my knowledge he's simply dealing with a different set of priorities at this point in time and doesn't have as much time to commit to these things. I would imagine that he gracefully stepped down after he decided that he was too busy to be a moderator of one of the most active discussion boards out there.

Anyway, I think that Bob will turn out well. I've never read anything from him and thought:

"Man, that is completely off the wall irrational."

So, until proven otherwise --- Go Bob!
