Fact: SAEI hasn't responded to it's shareholders as to what is happening

It is on SAEI's home page as to what they believe is happening.

Fact: SAEI was not involved with Onexim

Companies deny buyout offers all the time. You have no factual evidence, none, zero. You have just statement denying they are not involved with Supatcha Resourcers. Just a statement. Microsoft denied ever having interest in YHOO, then turned around and made an offer.
