GetThePhone, ever since the Settlement Agreement was approved and Loch got to a new year high, I was telling shareholders that it may be a good idea to sell and reinvest the money into some other less risky stocks. If, at any time afterward, CDEX would become a more palatable investment, they could at anytime reinvest their money in, likely getting a much better position.
I understand your frustration. Selling now could hardly cover the broker's commission, and with the money left, you could probably not even be able to get back in the market.
In my opinion, CDEX and it supporters on the message boards, have done an excellent job in keeping shareholders uninformed and divided, so that they may not take any action to which they are entitled to, in order to hold their company accountable.
All you can hear on the dreamer side is "time will tell". Well, time did tell, but no one wants to listen.
